The world of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) is constantly evolving, opening doors to countless creative opportunities and possibilities, witnessing daily the emergence of ever more creative and innovative projects. All these initiatives aim to capture the imagination of enthusiasts and NFT collectors, offering unique artistic and narrative experiences, and increasingly adding value to the properties of NFTs.
It is within this dynamic that the project The Dolls is born, a multi-collection of digital art that seeks to explore the universe of dolls, figures made of materials such as clay, wood, cloth, bone and many other materials, which play an important role in people’s daily lives.
In prehistoric times, the first dolls were probably made of natural materials, such as stones, sticks and plants. They were used as objects of worship, representations of gods and goddesses, and as protective amulets. Over time, dolls began to be made with more durable and refined materials, such as ceramics and wood and today they play a significant role in the lives of children and adults, whether as toys, collectible objects, cultural representations or symbols of art and design.
Each culture has its own approach to its universe of dolls, something peculiar and splendid, to the extent that it is possible to study a community based on the evolution of its dolls. These symbols reflect different types of changes, from cultural, technological advancements and people’s needs in different times.
For us, the name The Dolls encompasses our vision of creating a variety of NFT collections featuring dolls and various figures with affinity, stimulating engagement and curiosity of the community in the webs of collectibles, gaming environments and technology.

Our first collection, Voodoo, dives into the mysterious and fascinating world of the traditions and symbolism of Voodoo. In this collection, we deconstruct the stereotypes around Voodoo dolls, presenting them as benevolent figures that are rooted in various cultures.
We developed a plot for the collection, opening up possibilities for various applications of the project over time and allowing for increased value for holders.
